Data safety

TWM stores the information you choose to record in each tracker. Depending on which trackers you use, this may include:

• Health & fitness — vaccinations, medications, period and cycle data, nutrition logs, weight, and similar entries you add
• Personal info — name and profile labels you create for yourself or family members
• Financial info — rent and lease records, AMC and warranty entries, subscription costs, and travel budgets
• App activity — in-app interactions needed to keep the app working (for example, sync state and crash reports)

We collect your email address when you create an account, to sign you in and send essential service messages.

Each category above is collected solely to provide the tracker you are using — recording what you ask the app to remember, keeping it visible across your devices, and reminding you before something lapses. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising or individual-level analytics.

Limited data may be processed by service providers we use to operate the app — for example, secure cloud storage, authentication, and crash reporting — under contracts that restrict use to providing those services on our behalf.

We protect your data with the following measures:

• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) between your device and our servers
• The Period tracker is protected by an additional PIN, so it stays private even on a shared device
• Access to stored data is restricted to authorised systems and reviewed periodically

You stay in control of what you have recorded:

• Every tracker has an in-app option to erase all the data it holds, so you can clear an entire tracker without deleting your account
• Before you erase or delete, you can export your data as CSV from within each tracker, so you keep your own copy for personal use
• You can also request deletion of your full account and the data associated with it at any time by writing to [email protected]

On account deletion we remove your data when feasible, subject to limited records we may need to retain for legal or operational reasons.

TWM is intended for use by adults. Parents and caregivers can record information about children — for example, in the Vaccine tracker — within their own account. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.

We update this page when our data practices change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
